Storms started rolling in during the afternoon today with a few sprinkles.
Then as evening came, a break in the clouds allowed the sunlight to sneak through, coloring the western sky. I stayed outside until all the light was gone.

I'm so glad you are up there taking pictures, Bill. Your header kind of took my breath away, and the Skywatch photos were stunning. I look forward to more Idaho photos.

Your photos are breath-taking, Bill, thank you. It's fascinating to see how your vistas and clouds have a different character from our beautiful North Florida sunsets. I also loved your hawk narrative and great photos in the previous post. Thanks for a super blog.
