Here are two dating moose.
Then they start kissing!!!!!
As I was driving out of the mountains, the sun was just setting. The dust from the potato harvest along with the thin clouds in the sky, made for a wonderful sunset.
A great way to end a beautiful sunshine filled day in the wilds of Idaho.

Bill, you always see the coolest animals and birds! Thanks for continuing to share them with us.
I love your moose friends, Bill! And what a delightful capture! And what a glorious way to end a day -- for you and the moose and us, through your photo! Have a great weekend!

I agree the beautiful sunset is a beautiful way to end the day.
Come spring there will be Mama and baby moose. I'm never in the right place to capture a bull moose, just female and calf. These are wonderful shots.
The affectionate moose are wonderful, and so is that colorful sunset.
I am very jealous. I have been looking for moose north of where I live and so far no luck. The sunset is beautiful.
Love the moose! You really know how to live, Bill.
I would have loved to have seen those moose. Great photos, you had an awesome day. The sunset is a gorgeous way to end your day.

I've never seen ANY of those four in the wild. I'd have been so excited, I'd have forgotten I had my camera with me!
true, that is one glorious sunset. And the moose too. We call that one "älg".
Ohhhh my gosh!! That's gotta' be an ungainly courtship. (We recently stayed in Maine for a while and saw nary a Moose. Wonder why we thought we had to travel out of the Pacific NW ;>).... it WAS beautiful and we had a great time though.
