Stormy sunset

Tonight as I was waiting and waiting for the snow geese to show up (the didn't) I did manage to watch and photograph a few other birds, but the sunset was stunning.  Camas NWR is my home away from home in the spring.

I almost waited too long to record the end of another wild day in Idaho.

Awesome colors! You can't go wrong at a NWR. Better luck next time on the snow geese.

Gorgeous sunset. :) Mother Nature provided a wonderful one that time.

You have a wonderful place to call your home away from home. Birding -- like fishing, I would imagine -- is wonderful even when your quarry doesn't show! The scenery, especially where you are, is unparalled.

I love your profile shot of you with the children. Wonderful. And your banner is gorgeous and so is the stormy sunset shot, just sumptuous sky. Nice to have found this interesting blog.

Thanks for visiting my blog and I'm glad your family had a great attitude towards girls' education back whenever. Love your sunset and especially the header.
