SkyWatch Friday - Sunset

Snow, snow, snow.  But between the snow storms, we sometimes catch a thin line of the setting sun against the mountains.

As the sun completely sets,  the colors become more vivid until it is totally gone.

The end of another wild day in Idaho.

I can see that "wild" ID sunsets are wilder than South Africa. The first one looks like the mountain's on fire. Excellent.

The mountains, the sun going down and snow, all meeting together to form the most awe inspiring images, each evening same place, yet never the same. Breath taking Bill. Happy Easter~

Hello Bill, more snow, my goodness what a long wintery season you have. But it snowed in Scotland last week causing chaos. We thought we'd seen the last of it in the UK.
Sensational photos though Bill. Very beautiful, but the snow enhances these shots.
Enjoy your weekend, & wishing you a very Happy Easter!
